- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Duke's Mayonnaise
- Preheat over to 350°F.
- Salt and pepper each side of chicken, then spread Duke’s Mayonnaise over both sides of chicken breast (don’t be stingy).
- Place chicken breast on aluminium foil lined jelly roll pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until juices run clear. Mayonnaise will be a golden brown and chicken will be tender and juicy.
