Maple Mustard Glazed Spiral Ham
Hosting for the holidays? The main course doesn't have to be complicated. Make this Maple Mustard Glazed Spiral Ham and have plenty of leftovers for ham biscuits the next day.
5 lb. spiral ham, fully-cooked (note: you can get any size spiral ham for this recipe, simply adjust the glaze ingredient proportions appropriately)
3/4 c. Duke's Spicy Ground Mustard
1/2 c. maple syrup
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Preheat oven to 325F.
In a bowl, whisk together Duke's Spicy Ground Mustard, maple syrup, honey, and brown sugar.
Remove the pre-cooked spiral ham and place it into a baking dish. Pour the glaze all over the ham, massaging it all over the ham (including the crevices).
Once glazed, cover with aluminum foil and bake for roughly 10 minutes/pound. A five-pound ham will cook for 50 minutes, while a 10-pound ham will cook for 1 hr. 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven + enjoy!
