Instant Pot Mac & Cheese
This mac & cheese cooks in a no time and is extra smooth and creamy thanks to the Duke's! Make it for your next backyard bbq or potluck, Sunday supper or whenever you're in need of a go-to side dish.
- 4 cups chicken stock
1/4 cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1 Pound Big Elbow Macaroni
- Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tsp. Duke's Spicy Ground Mustard
- 1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups sharp shredded cheddar
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 8 slices American cheese
Whisk 1/4 cup Duke's Mayo into 4 cups of chicken stock. Add into Instant Pot. Add box of macaroni & salt & pepper to taste.
PRESSURE COOK for 5 mins! Quick release, should be a little liquidy , and that’s perfect!
Add Duke's Spicy Ground Mustard, sour cream, and all the cheeses. Fold it all together until it’s all combined.
Add any topping you’d like for a little crunch or just enjoy the creamiest, most delicious Mac & cheese!
