Duke's Sandwich Relish Deviled Eggs
Starters & Snacks
- 12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/3 cup Duke's Sandwich Relish
- 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise
- remove yolks.
- In medium bowl, mash yolks with fork. Add sandwich relish, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Refill whites with yolk mixture
- garnish as desired.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.
